Effective 13 October 2026. These terms are between you and Owl Collective, a sole trader in Sydney, Australia, for the Cartella app. By using Cartella you agree to them.
Cartella gives you one free pull a day, plus extra pulls described in the app. Cards, streaks, frames and other in-app items are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and remain ours to provide; you get a personal licence to use them in the app.
Pull odds are published in the app and are the same for every pull: Common 55%, Rare 30%, Epic 12%, Legendary 3%, with the pity rules shown there. No pull can be bought for money.
If offered, Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed by Apple or Google. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, or use bots. We may suspend accounts that do.
Quotes are attributed to their speakers and come from public-domain works or our own translations. Cartella is not affiliated with or endorsed by any person or organisation. The app, its art, its card designs and the Owl Collective owl are ours.
We may change, add or remove content and features, and we'll try to give notice of big changes. The app is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid us in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
